What is your shipping policy?
All orders are shipped through USPS and include tracking. You will receive a notification once your package has been sent. Orders are processed and shipped in the order they are received. Please allow 3- 14 days for processing as some orders may be made to order.
Once a package has been transferred to USPS, delivery is the responsibility of the postal service. SpiritualMyst is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undeliverable packages. Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout to help avoid delivery issues.

Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. This may change in the future. Stay tuned.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade and spiritual nature of our products, all sales are final. If you have a question regarding a product, please reach out beforehand.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact USPS to file a claim as SpiritualMyst is not responsible for damaged items once they are shipped.
If you receive an incorrect item, please email: spiritualmissc@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
We'll review the issue and, if appropriate, replace the damaged or incorrect item.
Lost Packages
Once an order has been shipped, SpiritualMyst is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact USPS.
